Sep. 2025- now: Lead the overall improvement of procurement performance in AP region together with the growth of the company and the industry, integrate and standardize AP procurement as part of global structure. Assess, coach, centralize, empower and strengthen local purchasing teams in different production entities, recruit and build up centralized strategic sourcing and SQ&E functions, support building up and ramp up of new investment and factory, analyze and improve local process, participate as procurement process owner in AP, evaluate existing supplier database, lead price & contract negotiation on complex procurement topics, centralize and categorize the procurement strategy in overall AP region, standardize and synchronize together with global team, etc

2022: Hire, coach and train the local sourcing team, set up supplier base for water purifier production line, lead partnership negotiation for water purification. 2023: Hire, train and coach the Viessmann Vietnam sourcing and supply chain team, lead the negotiation with Viessmann Vietnam suppliers, guide the optimization of logistic handling by shorten lead time, buyer consolidation and promote the collaboration between teams in different countries, ensure the smooth ramp up. Initialize the working frame of smooth handling with water purifier suppliers for oversea market. 2024 Jan.-Oct: Responsible for the three procurement teams of Viessmann Dachang, Pinghu and Dong Nai factories and coordinate the supply chain integration of Viessmann after it is acquired by Carrier group. 2024 Oct. - 2025 Aug.: Guide the team to drive material productivity, support the factory excellence audit, LTP plan and other functions to stabilize and ensure a smooth transfer after integration.

2019: Establish the Purchasing Department of Viessmann Pinghu Factory, optimize the material handling to JIT & Kanban, hire, coach and train the MRP, indirect and purchasing team, and support the factory capacity ramp up, from 10K pcs (2019) to 100K pcs from 2020 to 200K pcs from 2021 etc. Set up indirect material procurement and approval procedures for the purchasing department Establish important export customs clearance process. 2020: Build up project purchasing & local sourcing to support R&D new products. 2021: Lead supplier price negotiation, guide purchasing team to conclude material agreement with supplier and consult negotiation strategy. Assess supply chain risks and introduce new suppliers as Dual Source. Promote the global collaboration, guide the planning team, foresee the risks and optimized the supply chain resilience by dual source, bundling, collaboration with suppliers and global team, etc. solve material shortages with team, result in no shortage to customer during Corona time.

Search, qualify and develop alternative suppliers/solutions for Viessmann factories oversea in order to reach saving target. Evaluate RFI&RFQ, analyze cost, technical clarification about drawing and specification, make pre-selection, implement supplier audit with QM, interpret during supplier audit, negotiate supply&tooling agreement, initiate first sample&tooling order, follow project schedule, make sure delivery on time, arrange PPAP samples for final release, arrange pre-shipment audit for SQE in mass production, solve delivery emergency due to material shortage, help supplier optimize product quality in case of complaint. Work as interface between purchasing department, R&D and other departments. follow up new project schedule, collect feedback from purchasers, make sure to-do of each milestone on time, negotiate for saving of new project. Localize related material groups for Viessmann domestic plants. Have realized savings on injection molding, rubber, compressor, electric heater and LED components.

Set up forecast in order to fulfill market demand, release order to oversea suppliers (Especially in Germany, Switzerland and USA), choose most economic and efficient way of shipment, make sure delivery on time, negotiate price and the way of payment with oversea suppliers, arrange payment (TT, L/C), foreign exchange verification. Translate technical and commercial documents between Chinese and German, interpret between Chinese and German in commercial meeting, production line and construction site.
