I am a Real Estate Broker specializing in residential real estate. I have earned the following designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative); GRI (Graduate/Realtor Institute); and CNE (Certified Negotiaton Expert). I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Pinehurst-Southern Pines Area Association of Realtors, where I currently serve as a member of the Grievance Committee. I enjoy guiding clients through the purchasing or selling process. With a solid background in real estate, beginning in 1986 as a Legal Assistant in a local law firm specializing in real estate closings, to the years I have spent in the selling/listing side of real estate, I am ready to serve my clients in all aspects of the closing process.
