Working closely with the festival Director and Producer filing submissions, managing venues and volunteers, liaising with partners and guest animators, co-ordinating film print transportation and editing the awards ceremony reel at the BBC East studios.

Assisting the curatorial team in programming research and selection. Assisting the production team in the delivery of festival and touring activities. Managing all travel and hospitality arrangements for team, partners and artists. Project administration including budget creation and drafting legal contracts.

Providing vital production support for onedotzero and onedotzero_Industries animated projects including MTV Bloom competition, Asics Tokyo Marathon idents and Take That tour visuals. Editing promotional idents for online promotion. Contributing to social network communications in line with branding guidelines and providing ad hoc support to all members of the team.

Primarily working on the programming and delivery of the annual onedotzero_adventures in Motion festival at BFI Southbank in London and affiliated international touring events in cities including Beijing, Buenos Aires, Shizuoka and St Petersburg. Supporting the Director with festival programming, identifying themes, animated shorts and practising artists to include in the screening, installation, live audiovisual and education festival strands. Managing the annual call for submissions and the edit of screening programmes, mastering to cinema presentation specifications with facilities partners. Promoting the cultural contribution of onedotzero to students by hosting studio visits for D&AD and visiting Kingston University, Bartlett School of Architecture, Ravensbourne, Birmingham Institute of Art & Design and South Essex College as a guest speaker.

Undertaking the scheduling, production, implementation and delivery of onedotzero projects and special events on time and to a high standard with the Managing Director and senior production team. Including public engagement programmes, education workshops, talks and panel discussions, and launch parties for external partners including London Transport Museum, NOW Gallery, CCC Shizuoka (Japan), Shoreditch House, #dotdotdot at Protein Gallery and Convergence Festival. Producing moving image, web and print content from brief to final delivery for brands including Nike, Panasonic and Aichi-ken Kyosai. Consulting on curatorial elements of cultural and commercial events and drafting pitches for clients including British Council, Historic Royal Palaces, Google Campus, BL_NK, Acer, Mother London and Not Actual Size. Representing the organisation externally and engaging audiences by introducing events and undertaking interviews and promotional videos. Public engagements include Zurich Film Festival, CCA Glasgow, Plymouth University, Donaufestival Austria and London Transport Museum.

Devising and delivering talks and events at the UK's only public gallery dedicated solely to illustration and graphic art.
