Develop strategic SLA's with key suppliers and encourage compliance, and negotiate cost savings. Develop long term procurement strategy inline with ISG’s corporate strategy Monitor and manage the Supply Value Chain performance via KPI process and report back to the business. To develop and implement supply chain systems including the supply chain database and sharepoint to improve efficiency and encourage collaborative working throughout the business. Develop the KPI process and strategically select suppliers for 360 review to improve future operational activities. Lead and supervise the daily operations within the team. Share best practices within the ISG divisions.

Responsible for the analysis and tracking of the spend across the Retail business and engaging with all suppliers. Responsible for the management and implementation of the preferred supplier agreements for the business and driving them forward. Managing the team who are responsible for the coordination of the online approval process for sub contractors and assisting them with the process. Liaising with Sub Contractors and internal teams. Purchasing - Procurement of materials for site and product sourcing. Management of the online BIW portal which is the primary tool for the Retail business to manage and coordinate project information.

Responsible for coordinating the online sub contractor approval process and liaising with sub contractors and internal teams. Purchasing Building Materials for sites. Staff Vetting & Sub Contractor Vetting across the business. Responsible for managment of BW the online project management system.
