I have worked in Hospitality & Events since 1999. Having run my own successful events service for 16 years, I also taught both public & private sector courses both here in the UK, Europe & the USA. I then turned my hand to teaching and training at Hertford Regional College where I now manage the Atrium Restaurant and train all FOH staff & students. I have a Teaching Degree, Assessors Award and a solid background of teaching learners 16 plus.
