For each tasting, I prepared about 15 soups for discussion with the Director to decide any improvements and if to be used in the book. At times I created soups from 3-4 versions of the soup. My main task with this was to create the most simple and delicious recipe.

Same as for the second book in 1999.

Joined as PA to the Syndications Team and progressed to the position of Manager, Loan Syndications, National Westminster Bank. In my last job I was marketing large corporate loans to the top 100 companies in Europe.

My first job after leaving St Godric's was Assistant Group Sales Co-ordinator for Hilton Hotels, arranging groups of 15 people or more at Hilton Hotels worldwide. Following that, I held several PA positions, assisting company directors.

At each tasting, I produced approx 15 recipes that the Corporate Director and I tasted and discussed in terms of improvement and likelihood of addition to the book.

At each tasting, we prepared a number of dishes and debated improvements and if suitable for the book.

These were 10 x 10 minute as live programmes. For each programme, I prepared 3 lots of ingredients for 3 possible takes. During the programmes, I undertook prep during the takes to support Antonio.

Providing event catering for both private individuals and corporates, namely buffet and canape events and sit-down lunches, teas and dinners for up to 300 people.
