Undergraduate Course Assistant for CS 490Q: Quantum Information Science

- Conducted research on methods of graph matching with a team of two undergraduate students and one Ph.D student mentor - Developed two metrics to determine weight of similarity between two nodes; using those metrics, applied bipartite graph matching on 90 induced subgraph pairings to determine similarity between two graphs - Created four heat maps for the different metrics displaying the count of correct matches; Evaluated results against random shuffled pairings
