Working as tester for SAI360 application (a tool that used company for helping governance, risk, and compliance program) As a part of the tester team, I am responsible for making sure that the products that we are providing for the customer are 100 percent fully functional and bug free. I am currently designated as tester of tools and utilities development team where we integrated different third-party tools to our applications such as: • AZURE and OKTA for SCIM • DATA ANALYTICS • OFFICE INTEGRATION • PENTAHO for DATAFEED • WEB IMPORT (Import and Export) I am responsible for creating manual test case scenarios for the tools and utilities that were mentioned above, as well as maintaining and making sure that the release candidate build for customer will have no regression or bugs. I am responsible for automating the test case scenarios to make sure that in every build will be a filter and no bugs or regressions. As well as using cucumber I am responsible for automating test case scenarios to filter the everyday incoming build and make sure that there are no regressions or bugs will be created.

Working as support for the SAI360 application (a tool that is used company for helping governance, risk, and compliance programs) As a part of third-line support, I was able to fulfill the following responsibilities: • Handled issues related to the technical and functional issues of the SAI360 application in a third line level of support. • Handled issues that first-line and second line support could not solve. • Provide immediate solution to the priority one ticket that was escalated, and it should be solved within 4 hours. • Provide a reproduction scenario of an issue for second-line support to be able to help them understand and solve the issue that they are handling. • For tickets that escalated to the third line we need to give a deeper analysis and investigation of the issue and directly communicate with the development team especially if the tickets need a workaround or to give immediate resolution to the found bug. • Create a knowledge base article to share knowledge with the team. • For handling tickets, we are using Jira with kanban type.

Working as support for SAI360 application (a tool that used company for helping governance, risk, and compliance program) As a part of first-line support I was able to fulfill the following responsibilities • Handled issues related to the technical and functional issues of SAI360 application in a first line level of support. • Give a direct call to the customer who raised the ticket to provide immediate answer to their basic questions, • Analyze and investigate issues in the ticket provided and escalate according to its complexity and priority.

Data Analyst Document analysis for client requirements and part of a group that does the encoding, researching. and resolution of customer issues. Responsibilities ▪ Updating and maintaining customer information using client information systems, including membership status and demographic information. Processing customer transactions based on client-defined policies, procedures and contractual.

Perform any combination of the following, calculation, encoding and resolving cases. Compiling and sorting documents. Responsibilities • Resolving and Closing Cases • Resolving issues on the redeemed item of the client and marked it has done once it’s been solved and close that case. • Reversal for operation • Encoding the final amount of the card holder fees into the system and closed. • Push Points • Encoding the transferred points from the account of the card holder number to the loyalty account number and the transferred points. • Pal Mabuhay (Philippine Airline Mabuhay Miles) Card • Encoding the points converted to Pal Mabuhay. • Redemption – monitoring and resolving an item from the time of redeeming, dispatching until it delivered. • MIS (Management Information System) • Extracting and tallying all the performed cases done by my team. • Compiling Files – compiling and sorting documents. • Call outs – confirming the unallocated address of the clients and asking the landmarks for the item to deliver.

As Instructor my duties are to teach and discuss different computer subject based on school curriculum. I am allowed to discuss for one to two hours, within two hours I need to make sure that the discussion has the interaction I allow my student to ask questions and give ideas, and for the remaining time I give them exercise to practice their thinking skills especially in programming, though coaching and guiding things become easier. Responsibilities • Students are all my big responsibilities. I make sure that all are always in my class during our period making sure that they are free from harm. • Teach students how to master different programming languages. • Make sure that all the lessons that is in the curriculum are absorbed by their mind through feeding great ideas and knowledge and especially letting them know that learning is very interesting and enjoying things for life of students.
