Aftter nearly 40 years at Accenture, I have decided to move on to the next chapter as a senior advisor and board member . This is an exciting time to move on and discover new ways of creating sustainable value with companies in a fast changing world and more to come on this... Over my career at Accenture I have the opportunity to work across multiple industries with particular emphasis on energy, utilities and financial services. Prior to stepping into the CEO – Europe, Middle East and Africa role I was the chief executive of Accenture’s Resources group focusing on the energy, utilities, chemicals, forestry products, metals, and mining industries at global level. Between 2006 – 2011 I was the country managing director of Accenture in France and the Benelux countries, and managed Accenture’s Resources group in EMEA and Latin America. Outside of Accenture, I participated in Business Europe’s Advisory and Support Group, and acted as the co-chair (between 2011 - 2020) of the Global Energy Board, which brings together C-level executives, senior policy makers and prominent thought leaders from the global energy industry. Topics I am passionate about include the energy and sustainability agenda, market deregulation, and digital transformation. I also contributed to publications and international forums such as the United Nations Global Compact, World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and the World Economic Forum.
