Technical ESG leadership at Inter, reporting directly to the sustainability director, supporting the definition of the ESG strategy. I conduct market studies, trends, internal diagnostics and structure executive presentations to guide decision-making. I also coordinate the team's work in delivering results and other key deliverables, detailed below. - Reporting: benchmarking, application of frameworks, data collection, stakeholder relations, writing, review and design for the production of the annual report with the adoption of GRI and SASB indicators. I structured the ESG indicators workspace on the Workiva platform. - Materiality: I co-led the stakeholder consultation, resulting in 8,261 responses to the survey and the participation of 14 directors and 19 other strategic people in the Workshop. I supported the definition of Dual Materiality and priority Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). - Assessments: critical analysis of performance compared to competitors and best practices; structuring the diagnosis using ABNT PR2030, GRI, SASB, CDP, CSA frameworks and indicators. Responsible for the CDP and CSA questionnaires. - Communication: I carry out, in conjunction with the responsible areas, internal and external communication on matters related to sustainability. - Legal: study of the ESG regulatory scenario in Brazil and the United States, with in-depth study of IFRS S1 and S2 and SEC Climate Rules. I participate in the GT Pioneiras promoted by CBPS. - Climate: I carry out an inventory of GHG emissions using the GHG Protocol tool, issue I-REC and offset emissions through the purchase of carbon credits. I supervise the waste management strategy. - Social responsibility: responsible for structuring the Diversity Program's Theory of Change and technical presentations for executive level. Execution of the private social investment strategy, structuring social projects and initiatives for financial education, management of impact indicators.

- Advised the technical board on new business opportunities, carrying out studies and research to improve and create solutions. - Technically and commercially structured more than 05 ESG solutions (such as Materiality Matrix; Strategic Planning; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy; ESG Maturity Assessment; Human Rights Due Diligence), which allowed the company to intensify prospecting for new contracts in the area, especially in the agribusiness sector. - Coordinated collaboration between the technical, commercial and communication areas, including interface with external commercial partners, to define priority solutions to be developed and define the best commercial and sales communication strategy. - We built the company's strategy and positioning for communicating ESG solutions, avoiding communications that were carried out in misalignment with technical assumptions and commercial and sales strategies.

- Coordinated product development for approximately 15 sectoral Monitoring and Evaluation, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects in the Methodologies, Products and Innovation Directorate (DMPI). - Youngest leader in the company, at 25 years old, due to technical recognition. I coordinated a team of 6 junior, senior and intern analysts, creating a positive work environment, open to continuous learning and oriented to challenges, strengthened through weekly management meetings, continuous feedback and collective construction of the team's purpose and solutions. - Optimized team allocation in projects, through periodic meetings between PMO and project leaders, reducing overload and team unavailability to meet deliveries. - Improved processes, reducing the occurrence of overlapping roles and responsibilities when structuring the management operation flow and the team's action steps. - Worked as a team with project coordinators and leaders, ensuring quality briefings with clients, quality of deliveries and timely problem resolution and conflict management.

After the internship at H&P, I started my work as a junior analyst in socioenvironmental projects, being responsible for constructing research instruments (as surveys), conducting interviews and focus groups, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and developing analytical reports. I have always had a transversal role in the company, contributing also to the writing of technical proposals and the structuring of the Standard and Quality nucleus, a DMPI’s previewer structure. In all these opportunities I demonstrated elevated analytical, critical and reflexive abilities, which led me to the analyst position in specific education and early childhood projects.

Supported projects in the area of dialogue and social repair, especially in service to mining companies such as Vale and Samarco, and Fundação Renova, with monitoring of the online stakeholder management system (SGS), analysis and production of reports. I also produced scenario analysis and social participation diagnosis and supported the preparation of monthly reports linked to the scope of the Participation, Dialogue and Social Control Program, of Fundação Renova, which works with communities impacted by the Fundão dam failure. During the period, I was also part of the monitoring and evaluation project team, serving clients such as Fundação Bradesco and the Ministry of Education (MEC).

Analysis of interviews and literature review within the scope of the project "Protests and political engagement: discourse and identity in contemporary manifestations" that seeks to understand the nature of the massive protests of 2013 in Brazil and Turkey, investigating if, and how, the logic of action collective expression observed in these demonstrations alters canonical understandings of the literature on political confrontation. On the occasion, I developed, in partnership with Professor Ricardo Fabrino, an article published in Public Service Maganize (Revista do Serviço Público). I participated in intensive training on Social Participation in Study Groups with ALMG employees and contributed to the technical elaboration of the Mapping Report of Worldwide Digital Participatory Initiatives in Legislative Houses.
