Lead the whole Engineering and Design team for Mayfield. The team is based in Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth, and designs all Engineered-To-Order products made in the company (Electrical switchrooms and Low Voltage switchboards (Okken, Moducell, custom)),

Delivering new products to the AU and NZ market.

Appointed to lead the development and commercialisation of new hydrogen production, storage and utilisation technologies; patented by the company owner. Left Cartwheel due to the company shifting priorities to mineral exploration in Lake Gairdner.

Lead and develop the Switchboard activity.

Lead and develop the Asia-Pacific Service activity for the Materials & Minerals line of business (Spare parts sale and service delivery in the Mining and Industrial sectors for high-tech product lines involving use of radioactive isotopes) .

Propose industrial strategy for LifeSpace BU in Asia-Pacific, and lead a deployment team of project engineers based in 4 countries (involves outsourcing and production transfers). Delivers long term vision, and regular short term bottom line improvements.

Lead Industrialisation Engineering teams based in Shenzhen and Adelaide, centered around lean process, molding and electronic competences, developing all tools and processes for the new products to be manufactured in one of the 8 factories across Asia-Pacific. Controls costs, Capex and project timelines.

Outsourcing of mechanical parts (screws, springs, silver contacts...) as part of the wider Clipsal Australia restructuring program,

Managed the Industrial Division (10 factories in France, 3500 people) transformation project, leading to 2 factories closing, with 68 M€ of product cost transferred to low cost countries.

Manage all production departments, with new product introductions, and fast growing sales. Deliver productivity plans via local sourcing and lean six sigma programs, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Managing network of 40 low voltage product adaptation centers across the planet. Provide training, quality assurance, introduce new products.

Supports European subsidiaries to market product range (4P, certification, logistics, competitors, sourcing...).

Curriculum covers multiple technical disciplines (mechanical, electrical, electronic). Major in Industrial Systems management.
