* Lead and supervise classes with children as young as 2 years old * Safe-proofing the gym area; first aide if necessary * Developing dynamic lesson plans * Communicate with parents on progress, etc.

* Provide proper set up, transportation, preservation, and documentation into the electronic health record within Practice Fusion, for all samples sent to lab. * Collect and prepare 60+ urine/oral Toxicology samples per month. * Educate patients on the benefit of Pharmacogenetics’ testing based on medical necessity. * Act as a liaison between the laboratory and office staff, informing of statuses with laboratory reports, etc. * Communicate daily with account supervisor to improve business alliance by identifying the benefits, responsibilities, and interests of our partner. * Monitor inventory levels monthly, order, and verify upon receipts.

* Prepared patient rooms before and after clinic at 1-2 of 3 office’s visited throughout the day. * Vitalize and room patients. * Enter notes from the visit ensuring each task is completed. * Assist in the setup of ESI/Facet injections. * Confirm appointments for the days ahead.
