The purpose was to improve business transparency and integrity practices in 15 high-impact municipalities in Mexico. Chile (2023-2024). Project leader of an IADB project to develop a comprehensive regulatory policy strategy for Chile to help the government to update its regulatory policy in line with GRPs that are appropriate to the context and needs of the country. Dominican Republic (2023). Project leader of the UNDP project to simplify formalities from different public institutions chosen by the technical committee of the Zero Bureaucracy Program launched by the government of DR. The project also included the delivery of an introductory executive course on regulatory reform. Guyana (2021-2022), as part of the JC&A team that -within Michael Porter’s Global Development Initiative- helped the government of Guyana to improve interactions with businesses and citizens in different areas and sectors of the economy, involving the simplification and re-engineering of regulations and policy processes. Colombia (2019-2021). Project leader of the World Bank (IFC) project to improve the transparency, efficiency and predictability of the regulatory environment in Colombia.
