I’ve been a TA professional for 10 years now. I’ve been involved with recruiting across every business unit from junior appointments to executive search, globally. Having worked agency-side, I took the leap over to internal recruitment at the start of 2018 and as of 2021, into the world of embedded recruitment. It is safe to say that through the majority of my career I have worked with tech-oriented businesses, specifically within Insurance & Financial Services. But, I have also worked with global Telecommunications businesses as well as the Maritime industry (very contrasting, I know...). Combined with being a fast-learner and research-oriented, I like to think this makes me agile and adaptable to ever-changing environments. In turn, this allows me to provide strategic and operational consultation that contributes to business growth through their people, positively impacting commercial growth.
