I joined Prof. Neal K. Devaraj lab as a graduate student researcher and initiate research projects: - Incorporating click chemistry in developing multifunctional, mRNA-carrying Lipid Nanoparticles (LNP) with cancer cell targeting ability and high transfection capability. - Sphingolipid synthesis and artificial membrane synthesis using chemo-selective, biorthogonal precursors and novel bio-conjugation reactions. -Utilizing novel organic synthesis ligation to synthesize phospholipids in mammalian cells under physiological conditions and induce lipid membrane morphological changes.
