With Digital Enterprise we are building Energy Supply Chain solutions, with a key one being "ADAPT", our oil and gas sector-specific digital platform designed to transform MRO supply chains in Qatar’s energy industry. ADAPT enables operators, EPCs, and suppliers to gain real-time visibility of demand, supply, and operations by seamlessly integrating with ERP systems and automating procurement and contracting workflows. My duties in this development are: • Spearhead the deployment of Digital Enterprises, focusing on partnership strategies for a near-real-time Digital MRO marketplace tools • Cultivate relationships on both supply and demand sides to enhance marketplace tools and user engagement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, procurement and IT to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions, driving innovation in the industry.

Volunteer appointment which entails to aid, run and support the Qatar Branch Committee of the Chartered Insititute of Procurement and Supply (www.cips.org) branch activities. We organize supply chain knowledge sharing, expertise fora and networking events including of initiating and launching Qatar CPO table www.cporoundtable.org which is undergoing global launching. Procurement and Supply chain enthusiast and as such keenly involved in networking and supply chain capacity building across Qatar and beyond.

Owner and operator of 4 hotel / holiday barges with delivering 26K pax per annum: • Managed the financing, acquisition, and nautical maintenance of a fleet of 4 hotel/holiday ships, optimizing nautical instruments and safety systems. • Led negotiations with suppliers, shipyards, and staff recruitment, training, and retention to ensure operational excellence. • Implemented commercial and marketing strategies, including social media, to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

As the Supply Chain Manager for the Air Separation Unit and Utilities Group at Qatar GTL, I drive strategic redesigns of critical production supply chains. My role bridges frontline operational firefighting with long-term value creation through standardization, vendor optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Functioned as the first line of defense for Supply Chain Delivery and Transformation for these two biggest production units of the Pearl Plant (biggest in Shell's portfolio) 🔧 Key Achievements 💰 USD 20M saved through rapid resolution of critical supply chain disruptions 🔄 USD 5M saved via strategic vendor transitions 🛡️ USD 4M saved by standardizing gas detection systems 🔧 USD 3.5M saved through manual valve standardization

Responsible Team Lead & Senior Contract Engineer for Asset Production Contracting & Procurement at Basrah Gas Company. Secondee of Royal Dutch Shell.

Responsible for all drilling related pre- and post award contracting & procurement activities for the Majnoon Shell field expansion of 200K/pd barrels+ and ongoing Wells / CWI contracting & procurement activities for the 220K/pd barrels in production being the single biggest drilling project in Shell's portfolio in 2017.

Responsible for pre- and post-award contract management for the Wells Category for the following categories (operational, tactical and strategic contracts): BOPs, OCTGs, Well Heads, Xmas Trees, Drill Bits, Drilling Tools, Fluids Analysis, Coring, Well Control Services, (Rig) Inspections, Helicopter Services, H2S systems, Liner hangers, Bridge plugs, Drilling Fluids, Cementing, Mudlogging etc., Material-Management Focal-Point for Qatar; realized $3> Mio surplus stock reduction, $8> Mio on various contract rationalizations in 2015. Appointed lead for the Qatar Contracting & Procurement team responsible for idea generation of mitigating actions to counter the low oil prices – multimillion saving program. Nominated as coach for Qatar Shell corporate staff recognition program. Appointed as Regional lead for Middle East and Asia for Wells Completion Equipment. Introduced and structured Contract Management in Qatar Wells as developped and rolled out a robust vendor audit program. Awarded with “Pride in Production Award – Leadership at All Levels” . Initiated and working towards the development of a HSSE App. Appointed as one of the CP Wells participants in the CP Transformation.

Responsible for the creation and governance of Contract Management Plans and Contract Execution Plans in the North Caspian Production and Cooperation Company (NCPOC). Upstream Contract Management for the Kashagan I related contracts. Operational management of Trading House contracts for first two year spare parts. Acting as operational support of coordination of 20+ buyers executing procurement of spare parts required for production (scope of 250Mio USD) under very tight time schedule; making sure the operational procurement basics were designed and implemented. Successfully fought JV bureaucracy and integrated corporate functions to smoothen the procurement process and have it working as efficiently as possible. Assisted in the design & role of a standard set of Contracting & Procurement Terms and Conditions as also Admin instructions. Executed and coordinated Procurement Business Improvement implementations for Caspia Meruerty Operating Company. Awarded with highest recognition award in my job range possible for persistency and delivery in operational improvement.

Provided assurance over various operational business processes in RDS: main focus Contracting & Procurement. Joined and led different Audits in both Down- and Upstream assets for Shell world-wide. Focus areas: Operational Readiness, Operational Excellence, Global Contracting Strategies, Site Audits, Project Delivery, Asset Integrity, Post Award Contract Management etc. Represented Shell in JV audits (work locations: Rio de Janeiro, Karachi, Warri, Calgary, Aberdeen, Cologne, Berlin, Cairo, Rotterdam). Awarded with “most valuable team player award”.

Pursuing a Phd in Management with a focus on Supply Chain studying and publishing on Supply Chain collaboration in the upstream oil & gas industry in the State of Qatar.
