Ltd / Mumbai Fabrics Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Royal Carbon Black Group. 4. Worked as Plant Manager in Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited (formerly known as Tinna Overseas Limited), at various locations in India (Haldia (West Bengal), MIDC Khairne (Navi Mumbai), Silvassa (D&NH), Wada (Maharashtra)). The Roles and Responsibilities include Operation and maintenance of the Plant, Purchase of Raw Materials, Despatch, Inventory Management, Maintaining accounts in Tally ERP, bank reconciliation and all accounting related jobs. 5. Resourceful in managing day-to-day activities of Plant viz. production and despatch activity, accounting activities like accounting entry including finalisation of accounts, debtor/ creditor control, accounts reconciliation, Liasoning with government officials and other departments, Labour Management etc. 6. CRMB Plant in IOCL Haldia Refinery Complex, West Bengal - Installation, Commissioning and successful running of the plant done under my leadership for M/s Tinna Overseas Limited. 2. Setting up of 7 nos CRMB Mobile Blending Units at different Hot mix plant sites of different Road Construction companies like GMR, SEW, Oriental, IJM, IRB etc for manufacturing of CRMB at client site as and when required. This process saves the customers material cost as well as time 3. Crumb Rubber Manufacturing Unit Plant Installation, commissioning and successful running done under my leadership for M/s Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited at Panipat-Haryana and Wada-Maharashtra. 4. Restarted the closed Crumb Rubber Unit of M/s Green Rubber Crumb Pvt Limited and running successfully till date. 5. Setting up of Tyre Pyrolysis and Carbon Grinding Unit for M/s Royal Carbon Black Pvt Limited and running successfully
