Currently, I’m working as a Regional Sales Manager (North) at M/s Redwop Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. where I lead project and retail sales teams across Chandigarh, Punjab, and Haryana.   My journey has been all about driving sales growth, managing distributor networks, and executing successful promotional campaigns. I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with contractors, builders, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution and strong client relationships. My role involves everything from overseeing promotional activities to providing technical insights and follow-ups on project requirements.   Before my current role, I was a Sales manager ( North) at M/S RachTR Chemicals Pvt Ltd , New Delhi.Before that I worked as a Sr. Territory Manager (Sales) at M/s Kerakoll India Pvt. Ltd., where I managed project sales and expanded our distributor network in Punjab. My time as a Sr. Sales Executive at M/s Chembond Chemicals Ltd. involved handling distributor and retailer networks, promoting construction chemicals, and ensuring client satisfaction.   Earlier in my career, I worked with M/s Resinova Chemie Ltd., focusing on managing sales for epoxy adhesives and waterproofing compounds in Patiala and Amritsar. My experience also includes handling administrative and sales functions at M/s B.J. Engineering Works, Kota   With a solid foundation in market penetration, team leadership, and technical support, I’m passionate about driving results and enhancing market presence.
