I am part of IntellectAI LOB, I am managing Insurance business as CTO Products My immediate priority would be spearheading the Engineering of all Insurance Products and Platforms. In this critical role, he will drive the technical vision and architectural strategy for our insurance portfolio, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and market-leading.

My role has focused on elevating Swiss Re’s P&C solutions through strategic leadership and innovation. Led a diverse team for client service/customer Success, achieving significant improvements in product adoption and customer satisfaction. Fostered collaboration between Innovation & IT teams to create digital solutions, streamlining processes for users. As Site Lead for Hyderabad and India Technology Practice, my efforts in driving talent development, culture transformation, and governance have enabled team engagement, improved retention, and ensure KPI-aligned delivery of the key initiatives.

I led a 200+ member Engineering team of a leading global provider of AI-enabled software platforms to the real estate industry and oversaw end-to-end development of AI-driven multifamily products for the American market. My role enabled me to champion Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks, which boosted velocity, reduced defects, and strengthened release stability.

Worked for over 3 years with a Financial Technology Leader, offering banking & insurance technology products through 4 LOB (Global Consumer Banking, Global Transaction Banking, IntellectAI and Digital Technology for Commerce) to global financial institutions As Product Engineering Head for the Insurance division, I led end-to-end development and implementation of Life and Commercial Insurance products, including underwriting workbench and risk data service, tailored for the North American market. This initiative directly contributed to expanding our client base. I owned product P&L, drove delivery excellence, and ensured high client satisfaction across the products. I played a pivotal role in pre-sales and solution design, securing key wins that significantly increased revenue and helped triple the top line. Additionally, I served as Hyderabad Site Head for the Delivery team, where I improved SLA compliance, enhanced delivery efficiency, and ensured no regulatory breaches, strengthening operational integrity and client trust.

Associated for over 6 years with the world's largest consulting firm, helping transform clients’ business using the latest technologies and deep industry insights. I led end-to-end insurance-transformation engagements from pre-sales to delivery, boosting operational efficiency and consistently hitting budget, schedule & quality targets. I developed and scaled core insurance package capabilities across platforms like Guidewire and Duck Creek, enabling reduced integration issues & customization efforts across multiple client implementations. Built and led a 500+ member Engineering & Solution Delivery team across India, US, and Canada, specializing in insurance product implementation & testing, which has resulted in faster project delivery and increased client satisfaction. In addition, I led the Agile & Testing Centre of Excellence (CoE) within the Insurance practice. Developed Business Analyst Factory, supporting global transformation programs across regions.

My role with a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting provided me with opportunities in leading modernization and transformation projects for clients in the US & Canada, scaling Hyderabad’s legacy modernization practice, and expanding delivery capabilities to new locations. I built the team from scratch to over 150 professionals in 6 months and drove operational improvements to reduce demand-supply turnaround times.
