Responsible for the all-production targets as per the plant capacity and providing date of completion of projects Doing all calculation for the all consumables as per the production targets and determining the reordering time for that Responsible for the line balancing as per the project priority Responsible for the loading of work as per the skill Responsible for the iso 2015 certification Responsible for the implementation of kaizen Giving different ideas to reduce the production cost without effecting the quality, delivery and safety Responsible for the new machine capax and installation Responsible for the making plans of training for all production staff and workers Responsible for the plant layout for the ease of production Responsible for the giving presentation to the new clients and existing customers in big podium for why we have to go with PEB projects rather than conventional methods Study of drawings and contractual specifications, and preparation of manufacturing plan. Day to day troubleshooting and guidance to shop personnel. Scheduling of fabrication jobs. Proper utilization of available resources. Monitoring of production output from key station to ensure that at end of production schedule is met. Monitoring of manufacturing process as per quality and control plans; record the deviations as when required
