Administration of the software including customizing, new user creation, training, and mentoring etc. • Managed an Injection molding and assembly facility that runs 24/6, manufacturing PVC, CPVC, PVDF, PP, PE & PC components, electrical conduits, gaskets & tank accessories. • Spearheaded implementing assembly automation of ENT fittings with extensive involvement in vendor qualification and proposals, design reviews, testing, installation, and commissioning. • Planning, scheduling, production & efficiency monitoring, inventory management etc. • Close coordination with various customers across North America for developing new products. Hands on involvement in the entire Product Development Life Cycle including requirements assessment, defining scope and WBS, project execution, monitoring and controlling and project closure. • Develop new tooling sources (local & overseas), manage procurements and negotiations with suppliers for new molds, equipment, and hardware. • Liaise with overseas (China / Taiwan / Hong Kong) and local suppliers for procuring molds and automation equipment.

• Design & development of PVC/CPVC fittings, Tank Lids, Bulkhead fittings and electrical conduits, gas vent / exhaust fittings using SolidWorks & AutoCAD • Prototyping using Dimension 1200es® 3D printer. • Responsible for the entire Product Development Life Cycle – Concept, design, prototyping, certification & Part approval. Prepare technical documentation: BOM’s, Part and Assembly Drawings, Spec sheets, ECN’s, assembly, packaging, and handling instructions etc. • Expertise in product design using PC, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, Nylon PP, HDPE, ABS, ECTFE etc. • Preparation of SR&ED reports and claims.

• Lead & manage design automation (KBE) projects in Hydraulic cylinder design, Oil-seal & mold design, and Glass mold design, coaching and mentoring up to 16 mechanical and software engineers. • Liaise with customers throughout project lifecycle from initiating to closing – Proposals, Scope, Project Requirement Documents, Release documentation etc. • Hands on experience in managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
