Operational execution guidance to Drilling Design, Well Planning, GeoSteering and Survey Management domains; collaboration of workflows amongst Drilling based product service lines to develop basin specific road maps; develop drilling optimization based training, competency program & customer workshops. Lead a team of engineers through the critical well review process to deliver a design of service based on carefully prepared well plan, BHA Force modeling, BHA Vibration modeling, Hydraulics Analysis, Torque & Drag Analysis. Lead Significant Incident Review support based on pre-job design and comparison with actual well execution data and offsets; Lead ADT team to provide 24X7 (ROC) real time monitoring and intervention services in high profile/critical well projects. Supported the Global Technical Solutions group in working with difficult wells across the Eastern Hemisphere in complex plays both Onshore and Offshore.

Strategic integration of Drilling Engineering Solutions and Applications amongst drilling based product service lines catering to the needs of the North America land drilling market ; Manage the collaborative drilling solutions delivered to customers in North America vide leadership support to the Drilling Engineering (Design/Delivery)Well Planning , GeoSteering and Survey Management teams within the Sperry Drilling Services product service vertical.
