As a Product Owner with Realpage, I collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to get the requirements for features that are prioritized. I prepare Product documentation such as Requirement documents, mock-ups, workflow, and Process Designs. The SDLC approach we follow at Realpage is Agile and hence, I work closely with the Scrum Team to groom, define, and get the features and stories ready. I also work with my Product Director to understand the Product Vision and prepare the Product Roadmap based on the Priority and Cost Analysis. on a daily basis, I work with Architects, the UI/UX design team, Developers, the Quality Assurance team, the Scrum Master, RTE, and cross teams to ensure the features get delivered on time. In my tenure with the company, I have worked on doing the Gap Analysis on a Product that the company acquired and ensured we filled those gaps. I have also worked on multiple web reports that cater to the needs of the clients. I have helped develop innovative ways of resolving customer pain points and worked on ideating and helping create Custom Report Builder, Portfolio/Property Peer Comparison Benchmark report for the US multifamily industry. I prepare Power BI reports and dashboards (on-prem and cloud) to track the KPIs in a timely manner.

Mphasis, Supply Chain, (US client) Bangalore - Business Analyst for Critical Inventory Logistics. • Creation and maintaining the Order Management application. • Participated in meetings to understand the client’s expectations, followed up with Minutes of Meeting. • Worked closely with the manager and assisted on Sprint meetings. • Writing the user stories, creating flow diagrams and mockups. • Facilitation of review meetings with Client and Team involved in functionality testing and tracked the requirements using traceability document. • Worked along with the project manager to fill the gaps. • Worked with the stakeholders and end-users to resolve issues and ensure changes are understood in line with the objective. • Acted as the primary resource interface and led the go live activities, providing an error free transition and resolution of issues. • Checking the feasibility to enhance the application process, process optimization. Mphasis, Healthcare, (US client) Bangalore – Business Analyst. • Requirement Gathering, Analysis and Documentation of Business requirements as per client needs. • Translation of Business requirements (HLR/DBR) to Functional requirements (FRD). • Facilitation of brainstorming sessions for requirements discussion and clarification or conducting JAD sessions as needed. • Doing Gap analysis based on the project health. • Mentoring, coaching and providing functional training to team. • Involved in assisting the manager in the project metrics. • Participated in weekly status Meetings, Putting together project plans, status updates and reports.
