• Coordinates, plans, and facilitates mental health and wellness activities for employees and physicians at WRHN • Plans and implements events and activities that promote a healthy lifestyle. • Plans and coordinates team activities that enrich the mental health, wellness and spirit of employees • Creates posters, newsletter content, webage and social media posts to promote and encourage engagement of hospital staff and physicians in wellness programming • Compiles statistical summaries of participant data, attendance, and program utilization to ensure proper detailed program evaluation • Assists with Well-being with the administration and implementation of wellness programming

• Responsible for on-line management and review of completed health and immunization for new employees on Parklane. • Perform pre-placement health assessments, administer TB skin testing and vaccinations i.e. Influenza, Hepatitis B, Measles/Mumps/Rubella as required. • Responds to and triage all phone, email and general inquiries, provides directions, and refers to the appropriate team member as required. • Assists with coordination of appointments, meetings and referrals. • Coordinate, notify, monitor and track vaccine clinic, appointments and inquires. • Interprofessional collaboration with Occupational Health Nurse, Occupational Health Physician, Disability Management, Health and Wellness Specialist, Occupational Safety, Injury Prevention Specialist and more. • Respond to communicable disease exposure and outbreaks as per the OHA Communicable Disease Protocol for Ontario Hospitals in collaboration with Occupational Health Nurse, Infection Control and Other Parties. Ensure appropriate follow up procedures and measures. • Records all relevant information related to communicable disease surveillance e.i blood borne exposure. • Performs quantitative mask fit testing • Follow up with incident reports. Complete WSIB Exposure Form and Form 7. Documentation completed in Parklane in timely manner. • Reports workplace illness and injuries to disability support services and occupational safety. • Respectful of confidential medical information. • Able to self-manage time, work independently and set priorities to maximize efficiency.
