Jiri Pitron

Jiri is responsible for technical team focused on the design of battery storage solutions, PV power plants, also market research and benchmarking. Jiri negotiates several partnerships and contracts with more than 30 companies across the markets: battery storage system, EV charging, and PVs market. Wattstor is one of the UK's leading companies that provide expertise in the design and supply of bespoke energy storage solutions.

Jiri is head of development of 1. control unit iMP, 2. cloud / Information System, 3. All-in-One Battery Box for BESS. The iMP is used to maximization gains from Renewable Energy Sources and optimization of operating costs of electrical appliances and overall building energy consumption. The tools used for energy management and increase RES gains are planning, regulation and control based on actual RES production and short term and long-term prediction. Jiri is also responsible for development of a Cloud system that communicates with all connected iMPs in Real-Time. Cloud offers Remote Monitoring & Controlling, Data Analyzing, Updating and other functionalities for User, Installers and Admins. Parallelly, Jiri is head of development of the product "All-in-one Battery Box - jOULES" (Distribution board of Battery Energy Storage System) consists of inverters, batteries, MPPTs, iMP, protections etc.

Jiri ensured the functioning of Renewable Energy Sources contained under janom RES portfolio - especially PV power plants with total power 12MWp and Hydropower plants with 4MWp. Also, Jiri was responsible for increasing the efficiency of the PV power plants. janom is a private equity company. Through our group of companies we focus on business across Europe in Information Technologies, Renewable Energy Sources and Electromobility. Each business is grouped within our organisation according to its core activities. The development of the companies and projects is not their only end. A strength of the current structure is in the mutual synergies, which have been identified and targeted to be developed.

At early PhD studies, I got the job as an energy specialist in the field of renewable energy sources where I designed performance optimizations of photovoltaic power stations.

Renewable and Alternative energy sources, battery storage systems, quality of electricity, demand side management. The state exam is passed. The study is suspended through higher priorities in business.

During the study students acquire knowledge not only of generation, transmission and distribution of electric power, but also electrothermal and lighting technology and economics of power engineering. They are able to solve independently engineering problems in all these areas. The graduates can obtain the skilled knowledge from the field of the generation, transmission, distributionin and using of electrical energy within the present needs and future development of electrical power engineering. The area of the knowledge extends from the theoretical knowledge up to the practical applications.The graduates are qualified in the area of electrical power engineering.
