Program manager • Management the SDT and coordinate communication and deliverables between and within functional areas (e.g. engineering/manufacturing/sales) • Manage scope changs, communicate internally and to customer in a timely fashion to meet Cost / Time / Product / Quality / targets • Develop, baseline and maintain the program timeline and ensure the program achieves customer milestones, internal deliverables, engineering deadlines and plant start-up. • Meets 0-0-100-100-90 launch performance targets • Ensure that suppliers are prepared for launch via Supplier Advanced Quality Planning procedure and by working closely with the advanced Quality Engineer. • Full Responsibillity for Finance and Launch execution results • Develop, in conjunction with other functional areas (within and across other Bus), the porgram cost targets(e.g. piece cost, investment, engineeting budget,). • Conduct Program Reviews and Phase Exit / Gate Reviews on regular basis, ensure participation by relevant sponsor and stakeholgers, report summary program status on monthly basis and ensure program documentation in TC11 (e.g.Project File, SOW, timeline, PLUS deliverables). • Manage and support any business Growth project as required.

• Managing a multi-disciplinary project team for NPD. • Ensuring special technical in product development and manufacturing and sending products to the market. • Making technical decisions in product development. Working internally with marketing, R&D, supply, and sales functions, and externally manufacturing partners and suppliers.

• Work closely with head-quarter in France in all activity of the projects such as product development, ongoing of projects and delivery • Define and study projects feasibility to manage cost, schedule, coordinating of team members and supplier before start the project • Develop full-scale project plans, manage and monitor the project schedule, project risk. • Sourcing most reliable and performing supplier to meet Oxylane quality requirement & social compliance(quality, safety, environment, toxicology) • Develop supplier's expertise to produce quality products within short lead-times and low cost. • Develop and industrialize new products with clear development planning. • Negotiation on cost, contract term and condition with supplier. • Evaluate and carry out quality control of products at suppliers site during sample development, inline inspection and final inspection. • Identify, negotiate and resolve issues across areas of the project that impact on any activities of projects in order to deliver projects according to plan • Guarantee the quality and safety aspects of products of suppliers to meet OXYLANE quality requirement & social compliance • Maintain and release project documentation. • Manage global business relationship between Oxylane and suppliers

• Manage project development from beginning to end. • Study project brief and discuss with customer in all details • Corporate with team members and third-party contractors to develop full-scale project plans, manage and monitor the project schedule, project risk. • Identify, negotiate and resolve issues across areas of the project that impact on activities, systems of projects • Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed to team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan • Sourcing most reliable and performing supplier according to quality requirements of the company and customer. • Research on product development trend, needs of customer on market and competitor activity. • Maintain project documentation. • Coordinate between supplier and customer on product development, ongoing of projects to ensure customer satisfaction and reference-ability. • Responsible for the development of new product for business opportunities. • Conduct control during sample developing, and mass inspection • Cooperate with quality team and merchandise team to follow up on the project. • Coach, mentor and lead personnel within team members
