APQP(Advance Product Quality Planning) Team. - Trial plan for New model. - I-PCR plan. - Inform in meeting for process change. 4.) QCC (Quality Control Cycle) Activity. - Analysis the problem solving by QC 7 tools, 3 G(GENBA, GENBUTSU, GENJITSU). - The winner of QCC activity 2021 and representative for presentation QCC activity of CATALER Thailand in global QCC activity(CATALER group). 5.) Meeting PGM balance monthly (Summary loss in process on monthly).

Analyze customer requirements, operating conditions, technical specifications, and budgets to recommend suitable Denso Tape and coating solutions for corrosion protection. Present Denso Tape systems and coating products (DYNO, Rust-Oleum), explaining technical features, benefits, application methods, and lifecycle performance. Provide technical consultation and engineering support, including product selection, surface preparation, application procedures, and troubleshooting for coating and wrapping systems. Conduct site surveys and condition assessments to evaluate corrosion severity and recommend appropriate coating or wrapping solutions for repair and overhaul works. Prepare technical proposals, method statements, BOQ, and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and support sales closure in line with company targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and high customer satisfaction. Deliver after-sales technical support, monitor product performance, collect customer feedback, and recommend corrective actions or improvements when required. Perform market and competitor analysis to support sales strategy development and expand market share for corrosion protection products. Coordinate with application engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure technical alignment and successful project execution. Conduct product training, technical seminars, on-the-job training (OJT), and product demonstrations, including on-site support during application, inspection, and commissioning. Develop new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential customers. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
