1. Build in house animal study capacity to support ADC discovery 2. In house PKPD and efficacy study to support antibody drug conjugate (ADC) target validation and linker-payload optimization 3. Support ADC and Nanobody drug conjugation for explorative novel target and novel payload selection. 4. • Drive in vitro and in vivo studies from design to completion to evaluate efficacy of novel therapeutics. • Execute in vivo experiments to evaluate the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic effects of compounds. • Establish and manage relationships with external CROs, internal research groups, and academic collaborators to drive research. • Organize and coordinate multiple projects in parallel. • Analyze and interpret experimental data and present scientific results at internal and external meetings.

● Investigate cellular and molecular mechanisms how disseminated breast tumor cells maintain dormancy and subsequent activation by Laminin-211/Dystroglycan/YAP axis. ● Design investigatory experimentation of tumor cells using cellular manipulation and reporter assay to understand how the extracellular cellular matrix impacts cell cycle progress of tumor cells in 3D organotypic cell culture system established by myself. ● Study role of microglia/macrophage and CD47 antibody mechanism of action for therapy in eliminating residual tumor cells via tumor-microglia/macrophage phagocytosis assay ● Document, analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative research data to verbally present strong defensible findings and author peer-reviewed articles ● Initiate and lead a group of scientists to conduct single-cell map of diverse stromal cell phenotypes in the metastatic brain tumor microenvironment of lung adenocarcinoma patients
