Core Responsibilities: - Lead monthly vendor capacity planning by evaluating manpower, production capability, equipment availability and facility utilization to support PM/ Sale/ US Demand Planning for new business allocation. - Monitoring production plan: Manage all orders released for vendor. Work with vendor to take action for order behind schedule. Monitor weekly production planning through FPR analysis, PMC reviews and factory visits, identifying potential supply risk and implementing mitigation plans before delivery commitments are impacted. Track end-to-end production execution from order release through shipment, ensuring production milestones remain aligned with global production calendars. Partnered with internal departments for issues could be affected the S/D, such as FEP, artwork, shipping mark… Drive proactive supply risk management by escalating critical production issues and coordinating cross-functional resolution plans. - Vendor management: Manage 12 manufacturing vendors across Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia and Cambodia) Arrange training for vendor to fully understand company's policy and build up their performance. Establish vendor performance scorecards covering delivery performance, production on-time, quality and operational compliance, providing monthly business reviews to senior leadership. Strengthen supplier capability through structured coaching, operational training and continuous performance improvement initiatives. - Team management: Lead a 3-member team, providing coaching and direction to achieve operational KPIs and performance targets across vendor management and production planning activities. Report directly to the Senior Director of Vendor Management and lead a local vendor management team in Vietnam. Prepare executive reports highlighting production status, capacity outlook, supply risks and recommended corrective actions for senior director.

+ Analysis yearly order demand. Work with factory long-term partner and sourcing capacity to supply for yearly order plan. + Work out T&A for openning new factory from register to social compliance, quality pre-audit, audit and set up factory code. + Negotiate on CM price, general condition of contract, annex, payment. + Monitor Production plan and manage team for PMC, PTC, PSC. + Relationship with factory general manager and director.

+ Work directly with GIII NY, + Make FOB costing and negotiate FOB price with client to take bulk order. + Development from Proto to SMS sample. + Receive bulk buy and have round plan and work for delivery. Release order to relate department. + Leading team from development until bulk shipment. + Leading team member

Oversea Purchaser + Develop trim items with supplier base on buyer's requirement. + Place bulk material order to supplier and follow up. + Submit local trim, printing, embroidery to buyer for approval. + Confirm packing instruction and packing trim order to production MD.

Follow bulk production from PP sample to shipment
