- Lead team to establish biomarker platforms to support discovery and development programs in Oncology and HBV disease areas, including molecular pathology (IHC /multiplex IF/FISH), FACS, CTC, NGS and other molecular biology platforms. - Develop IHC and IF multiplex assays for preclinical research and clinical trials, as well as image data analysis capabilities. - Biomarker lead for oncology clinical programs. Develop biomarker strategy including predictive biomarkers for patient stratification, PD biomarkers, and support CDx development, for small molecules and antibody drug programs. - Leading phase 0 biomarker studies for tissue/blood sample collection, molecular profiling, immune profiling to support oncology, immune Oncology drug discovery and clinical development programs.  - Developed biomarker operation capability and process to enable molecular eligibility screening for Oncology clinical trials.  - Set up and manage Biobank database system and workflow in China for compliant sample storage and tracking.
