•Responsible for Modem Conformance testing Lab (QDC)

Responsibilities: •Form project point of view. I manage Asia team test strategy definition, define team work process, control deliverable and drive team KPI. •Asia team including 46 test engineers (BJ staff +APAC staff+ Outsource Staff) •Asia team cover 13 countries/region ( CN+TW+HK+MY+AU+NZ+SG+KR+ID+IN) •Asia team cover 50-60 Operators •Lead the joint team in the new product field test and customer acceptance test, including customer requirement management, test strategy definition, test cases design review and approved. Multiple project planning, work package distribute, report handle, quality control, customer acceptance issues analysis and lesson learn. •Manage the China Field test team to support CMCC ,CUCC and China Telecom product per-CA driving test and Control CMCC,CUCC and China Telecom official CA progress, provide onsite supporting and network related issue preliminary analysis. Push develop team fix the issues before product launch to the market. •Drive team technical competence continue improvement and follow up the new technology. Achievements: •More than 100 handsets test experience from 2007 to now. The chipset covered from E///, STE, Marvell, Qualcomm. •Setup Asia team work mode and continue kaizen the process to ensure quality improvement and cost reduction. •Lead the team to successfully accomplish Sony Ericsson first TD-SCDMA product A8i ranged by CMCC as excellent level. •Lead the team to successfully accomplish Sony Ericsson first WCDMA customized product W705 ranged by CUCC. •Lead the team to successfully accomplish Sony Ericsson first WM product X1 launch in SKT and first android product X10 launched in SKT. •Lead the team to successfully accomplish Sony Mobile first CDMA product –LT25c.

Responsibilities: •Work in Training Centre, support training centre manager Build up training centre : •Strategy definition •Courses system development for TD-SCDMA •Trainer team setup •Setup subcontractor certificate system. Achievements: •Team: 4 full time trainers+5 part time trainers + 3 subcontractor trainers •Course: 15 courses, it including theoretics part and product base courses.

Responsible for customer training : •GSM basic theory •GSM network BSS (base station subsystem) part. •BSC (base station controller) •BTS (base transceiver station) •Radio Path and air interface parameters •GPRS and 3G WCDMA system

Responsibilities: •Digital microwave and Optic-Fibre communication network design, installation and testing for Huaibei Mining Bureau, Anhui Province in 1994. •JINGJIU railway digital communication network project (including SDH,PCM, and Network Management System) in 1996.
