• Perform internal audits for SMT, assembly and packing processes in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, ensuring effective closure and verification of audit findings. • Analyse customer complaints, quality feedback and RMA using structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagram. • Lead quality improvement projects through cross-functional collaboration to enhance process efficiency and product quality. • Design roving audit checklists to strengthen in-process quality control and ensure adherence to procedures. • Supported NPI and project setup by establishing control plans, process controls, work instructions, and acceptance criteria for SMT, wave soldering, assembly and packing processes for wireless communication modules, PCBA and box-build products, in compliance with customer requirements and industry standards. • Enhance internal quality procedures, including establishment and optimization of RMA processes and systematic tracking. • Conduct training sessions for production operators and quality inspectors on inspection criteria, quality standards and defect identification. • Manage quality personnel, including leaders, PQA, FQA and OQA through skill matrices and competency assessments.

• Collaborated cross-functionally to resolve quality issues, implement continuous quality improvement and coordinate CAPA in addressing non-conformance effectively. • Performed internal audit and support external customer audit, UL audit and ISO audit. • Contributed in PFMEA and Control Plan development of optical transceiver and data center switch. from PCBA level to box build level. • Supported NPI buyoff and First Article Inspection (FAI) for 400G optical transceiver sub-assembly processes, including die bonding, wire bonding, RX fiber array alignment, TX lens alignment, and final assembly. • Inspected PCBA cosmetics within the IPC-610 standard.

• Analysed customer quality feedback / in-house non-conformance via 8D methodology. • Monitored stamping and CNC process capability using Statistical Process Control (SPC). • Managed quality requirement of incoming metal extrusion and plating parts from suppliers and sub-contractors in meeting the necessary standards. • Documented internal and customer quality reports on weekly and monthly basis.

• Analysed failures and identified feasible solutions/mitigations in Complaint Investigation Report. • Revised Standard Operating Procedure of needles products to improve process efficiency. • Updated process risk analysis of needles products to liaise with the latest change control actions. • Facilitated service and maintenance of production machines by preparing One-Point-Lesson to train operators and technicians.
