Manage and lead global metrology team and resources to do quantitative correlation, qualification. Data analysis and failure analysis. Report result and statistical explanation to customers. Outline the project timeline and manage the project progress timely with team members. Lead metrology group to define the targets and goals.

Metrology tools (Kla-Tencor SP1, AIT, RS100, F5, AMAT SEM vision, Bruker Vx310, D5000 AFM) calibration, gauge R&R and calibrations. Metrology recipes support for all metrology tools.
