Key Responsibilities: • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery used in the processing of sausage, ham, and bacon. • Oversee refrigeration systems, including chiller rooms, blast rooms, boiling rooms, and receival rooms, ensuring consistent temperature control for product quality and safety. • Manage and service extensive piping systems for cold water, hot water, and compressed air supply. • Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on machinery with moving parts, cylinders, and rotating components. • Repair and maintain factory infrastructure, including floors, walls, ceilings, and stainless-steel fixtures. • Inspect, repair, and schedule replacement of worn-out or damaged stainless-steel equipment to ensure operational efficiency and hygiene standards. • Maintain mobility equipment such as tote bins and trolleys, ensuring smooth and safe operation for workers. • Monitor and address rust removal across equipment and factory surfaces to maintain compliance and extend equipment lifespan.
