1. Good understanding of SAR. Propose new targets based on SAR and ADME properties. 2. Design and synthesize small molecules to support novel drug discovery project. Experienced in hit to lead, lead optimization, SAR study, ADME/PK study and computational modeling. 3. Scale up lead compounds and develop new chemisty for important compounds to answer key questions. 4. Take the responsibility to lead CRO FTEs (such as target assignment, weekly TC meeting arrangement, collaboratively together solving the problems and QC check), clearly collaborate with internal and external communication. Collaborate with different function groups (CADD, MAP and Biology).

Work for Pfizer custom synthesis project and FTE project. 1. As a key member, coordinating the team leader to ensure the smooth of the synthesis of compounds. 2. Complete the compounds on time, including mg, g and kg scale. Identify and solve the synthetic problem , Design new and feasible synthetic routes for the targets. 3. Mentor fresh colleague, work together with team to advance the project.
