- Be responsible for overall Finance, Business Operations, HR, Admin, Legal, PR and GR functions’ strategic planning. To ensure such plans will be well executed on daily basis. - Be responsible for the internal control and business risk management rules set up and implementation. - Be responsible for the company treasury management and build up the outside financing relationship. - Be responsible for the due diligence of company financing programs and M&A programs. - Be responsible for the company strategic tax planning to meet the BVI structure requirements.

- Be responsible for all company finance and analysis activities. - Be responsible for the company finance ERP (Oracle) and Budgeting system establishing and implementation. - Liaise with banks, taxation officers, external auditors and all other related government authorizations in the China. - In charge the company investment projects and taxation restructure plan in China, to work with Tax Advisor and Legal dept. for best solutions. - In charge the company capital leasing projects for the expanding China investments. - Be responsible for the company financing programs and M&A programs.

- Overall responsible for the Local Finance and Accounting activities for all company legal entities in China. - Be responsible for the monthly/quarterly reports to HQ as well as the variance analysis. - Work closely with the business units in US for the quarterly rolling business forecasting and annual business plan (ABP) preparation. - Establish and maintain efficient and effective business procedures and policies related to finance in all the offices in the China. - Manage the company property and treasury, work closely with Corp. treasury team for the property insurance package and currency hedge between CNY and USD. - Liaise with banks, taxation officers, external auditors and all other related government authorizations in the China. - In charge the company investment projects and taxation restructure plan in China, to work with the Corp. Tax and Legal dept. for best solutions. - In charge the internal auditing works for China offices, to meet the COE office leaders and processing internal auditing on a quarterly basis. - Be responsible for the negotiation with local authorities for new investment of China COE sites. - To be the leader of the company Oracle and Essbase/Hyperion system implementation team.

- Overall responsible for the Local Finance and Accounting activities of the company branches in China (Shanghai and Shenzhen), Singapore and Taiwan. - Monthly finance reports preparation and variance analysis with the budget, collection and cash flow reporting as well as the treasury report to the corporate. - Quarterly reporting to the Corporate according to US GAAP. - Preparation of annual budget and be responsible for the monthly analysis. - Handle foreign exchange contracts where necessary and cash flow forecasting and planning. - Liaise with banks, taxation officers, external auditors and all other financial and regulatory departments in the Asia Pacific region. - In charge the project of company investment and taxation restructure in China, to provide the professional solutions to the management. - To be the leader of the company SAP system implementation team. - To be the main coordinator for company’s SOX project in China.
