1. Maintain long-term and good relations with existing customers and distributors of concrete pumping equipment in Africa. 2. Identify new concrete pumping equipment customers in Africa and develop partnerships with distributors in the region. 3. Achieve annual sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with company policies. 4. Follow up on business activities, coordinate with various departments, and ensure sales and product delivery. 5. Coordinate with the after-sales service department to enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Conduct market research in Africa and analyze competitors to improve regional market development strategies. 7. Conduct marketing activities such as local exhibitions and customer events. 8. Regularly maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other company management systems as per company policy. 9. Provide regular sales reports to the management, including updates on sales pipelines, competitor inventory, and pricing. 10. Train local employees in Africa and provide technical training on concrete pumping equipment products.

Developing the company's projects for housing construction, municipal construction and hydroelectric power plants in African countries, with experience in market development in Equatorial Guinea, São Tomé and Príncipe, and Niger. 2. French-Chinese translation of bidding documents for hydroelectric power plants and housing construction projects.
