R&D (IoT Team): • Integrate and support embedded control and monitoring systems for agricultural automation, integrating sensors, actuators, and industrial controllers with field deployment, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting. • Support farm infrastructure setup, covering irrigation piping, filtration systems, electrical panels, and sensor network layout. • Implement real-time control logic using Siemens LOGO! PLC (FBD) for fertilizer dosing operations with Modbus RTU↔TCP/IP bridging and wireless parameter updates via LoRa. • Integrate LoRa gateway data via edge-hosted MQTT infrastructure, performing edge-level post-processing, validation, and system troubleshooting with MQTT diagnostic tools. • Design and conduct electrical panel troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolve power, wiring, signal integrity, and communication issues. • Lead component sourcing, vendor evaluation, and technical documentation, including wiring diagrams and system documentation for deployment and maintenance. • Mentor diploma students on Final Year Projects (FYP), focusing on hardware–software integration and experience sharing.

(ABI - AOI) [May 2023 - June 2024] • Involved in the design of a new automated optical inspection machine platform that utilized a robot arm or cartesian robot (gantry). • Design, study and optimize the rigidity of the design parts by utilizing SolidWorks and Solidworks Simulation. • Design the electrical circuit such as AC-to-DC, control system, safety system, motion, vision system, etc for the new machine platform by using Zuken e3. • Designed harness for the whole machine. • Robot programming (KUKA,FANUC) • PLC programming (Omron) • Sourcing and documentation. [November 2022 - May 2023] • Focus on improving the existing algorithm for the automatic optical inspection (AOI) machine's 3D inspection. - Eliminated 40% of the false call for the 30-micron High Dense board with the enhancement in the warpage compensation method. • Work together with the leader for the proof of concept of the algorithm.

• Attend customers’ sites for inspection, maintenance, and repair work for the firefighting system. • Prepare and provide training to external parties. • Obtained certificates in Fighting Fire in Sprinklered Buildings from FM Global. • Study and explore the possibility of integrating IoT into the Fire Protection System industry. • Design and fabricate sheet metal casing.

CoC Department in Inari Semiconductor Lab Sdn Bhd • Supported production floor engineers. • Gained experience in quality check methods, calibration of machine tools, and process flow of Chip-On-Chip (CoC) packaging. • Prepared work instructions for guiding the operators to use the new machine. • Created an Excel VBA program for process automation.
