JD Logistics' European region business covers countries such as the UK, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Poland, and more. The main focus is on contract logistics and third-party logistics services, including warehousing, distribution, and cross-border logistics transportation. As the Head of HR for JD Logistics' European region, my primary responsibility is to support the expansion of JD Logistics' pan-European business, which includes managing the entire HR process, supplier management, and digital transformation of overseas HR systems.

My primary role is to serve as an HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) supporting the JD Group's investment and acquisition activities, as well as international brand business expansion at the group level in the Pan-European region. Additionally, I am responsible for managing the HRBP work for JD Yufeng's overseas business. In this capacity, my key responsibilities include: Investment and Acquisition Support: I provide HR support for JD Group's investment and acquisition projects in the Pan-European region. This may involve tasks such as conducting HR due diligence, integrating acquired companies, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. International Brand Business Expansion: I also provide HR support for JD Group's international brand business expansion efforts in the Pan-European region. This may include identifying HR needs for new business ventures, developing HR strategies to support business growth, and ensuring a smooth transition for employees in new markets. HRBP Work Management for JD Yufeng's Overseas Business: As an HRBP, I am responsible for managing human resources for JD Yufeng's overseas business. This includes recruitment, employee relations management, training and development, performance management, and other related HR tasks. Overall, my role requires strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, as well as expertise in HR management and international business operations.

Responsibility: 1.Responsible for offering tax returns, monthly customer company withholding five insurance payments, open the company's wage invoices. 2.Assist the salary commissioner to carry out salary calculation, go out to the tax bureau to carry out a tax declaration, issue tax payment certificate.
