Job duties: Network Infrastructure  Experience in large MNC scale corporate environments, lead APAC IT service and operation team (3 members)  Lead APAC team to kickstart integration project with Lippert (NYSE:LCII) after acquisition  Maintain daily operation in the areas of ASA. Meraki firewall, Cisco router, switch, access points and other networking devices.  Responsible for the LAN/WAN, network infrastructure planning and execution and voice/telecommunication system setting and planning  Monitor firewall services to ensure availability and integration with other technical system controls  Plan and execute network infrastructure in APAC region IT Infrastructure Operations  Manage and deliver high quality user workplace support service to user in APAC region  Provide 3rd level support of user and store support, deliver timely support and make appropriate escalation when necessary  Lead APAC system integration project with global team  Provide system administration with knowledge in VMWare, Windows Server, O365, Crowdstrike, Tenable, N-Able, Cisco ISE/Umbrella, Ivanti, Nutanix HCI, Veeam Backup solutions  Regularly review and update documents of infrastructure setup  Administer daily operations with referring to operation of IT system (AWS, Azure & SAP/D365 integration project) Cyber Security  Work with security/infosec team to evaluate solutions to harden to security protection of our services in APAC region  Work with related teams to set up and deploy security hardening  Ensure that the IT infrastructure have fulfilled SOX/NIST compliance requirements and assist in audit review  Deploy Cisco/Palo Alto NGFW/Imperva WAF for APAC region  Support and maintain security tools including antivirus, endpoint encryption, MDM (Airwatch/MS Intune), NGFW, WAF(Imperva), EDR(Crowdstrike), IDS/IPS (Cisco/PA), IAM (Okta), and SIEM (Splunk).  Work with internal parties and vendors to conduct penetration tests and vulnerability assessment scanning
