Worked with Department of Transportation, municipalities, government agencies, engineering firms and contractors to introduce Metal Foundations into viable projects plans and specifications. Included analyzing all aspects of projects, including construction plans, specifications, cost analysis, reviewing historical bid data and compiling statistics for competitive pricing. Also served as Project Manager on Southwest border projects.

Designed roof and floor truss component systems commercial and residential buildings utilizing Mitek software systems, while translating blueprints into working truss systems. Verified blueprints by taking field measurements prior to fabrication and met with contractors to discuss job scope, bid quotes and coordinate delivery.

Supervised, installed and maintained wire systems, digital and analog, to include complete telephonic communication systems.

Supervised production floor to include use of subordinate workers, equipment, facilities and materials, while establishing deadlines, priorities and work sequences, and planned work assignments. Insured that needed plans, blueprints, material, and tools are available, and that necessary stock is obtained from supply locations.

Produced drawings for the various U.S. Army units and also the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, utilizing manual drafting, Autocad and Intergraph software systems. Performed field testing and assembled total design packages for contract work of the following: Building Layouts, electrical and instrument control systems, materials and handling systems, including conveyers, pneumatic transfer devices for powders and munitions, and production equipment for modification or modernization.

Supervised maintenance to include use of subordinate workers, equipment, facilities and materials, while establishing deadlines, priorities and work sequences, and planned work assignments. Insured that needed plans, blueprints, material, and tools are available, and that necessary stock is obtained from supply locations. Used a full range of electronics trade tools and adapted applicable test equipment to maintain, test, and repair complex electronic equipment and complete operational systems to include complex circuitry of pulse forming networks, time delay lines, klystron operation, and microwave techniques.
