Jimena is Associate Professor in International Negotiations at IESEG School of Management (Lille) She obtained her PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Seville (Spain), and she was a post-graduate fellow at Kellogg School of Management (USA) Jimena focuses on culture and relationships in negotiation and conflict resolution. She is part of an international research team, led by Jeanne Brett, which collects data in many parts of the world. She has analyzed intra and intercultural negotiations with the goal of understanding the influences of cultural norms on the expectations, the use of strategy, and negotiation outcomes. Jimena is the Academic Director of the MIB program in Lille.
