Prepared and assisted General Chemistry labs for 1146/1147. Set up lab for incoming students. Arranging the next lab with the proper resources for the students to carry out experiments in their lab notebooks. Answering questions, demonstrating parts of the experiment for the professor in charge, and grading all papers for the lab I worked in. Grading papers gave me an immense amount of experience in traversing detailed technical papers and pulling out relevant information. This position was the first position where the majority of my job consisted on teaching other students, and taught me a lot about trying to relate subjects to people who could not understand concepts initially and bringing it to them in a simple package in a way they could easily understand.
