Who I am:I’m a global GBS and transformation leader with 25+ years of experience, shaped by demanding environments at adidas, AkzoNobel, DSM, FedEx, Philips, Shell, S4 Capital and KPN, among others. I’m brought in to create traction, set direction, and drive execution when complexity is high and expectations are higher. What I stand for:I lead with integrity, ownership and pace. I’ve worked across all major regions globally, with key experience in Germany, the Netherlands, the US, Colombia, Portugal, India, Poland and China, leading teams across locations and spending time on the ground to align stakeholders, remove blockers and raise performance. I turn strategic intent into a clear change roadmap and disciplined execution, and I consistently contribute beyond the ask by elevating the conversation, bringing what is next into the room early, and converting complexity into clear choices and momentum. What’s next:I’m targeting enterprise scale GBS and transformation roles where I can build and lead a global GBS organisation, with end-to-end accountability from ambition through to execution, adoption and measurable performance lift. I want AI and data to sit at the centre of how the operations runs, improving transparency, decision making, forecasting and exception handling so teams move faster with more control. My aim is to turn complexity into a system that performs.
