Led globally distributed teams of various sizes, including the creation and staffing of new teams/units. Key Accomplishments • Planned, designed, and launched services in Cybersecurity (Firewall Management, Intrusion Detection, Privileged Access Management), Operations (Unified Performance Monitoring), Mac Support, and Emergency Communications. Led service delivery, budgeting, marketing, and vendor management for each. • Working with business, cybersecurity, and technology leaders, led the program to design of the global Technology Operating Model which defines core requirements for all technology asset creation at Deloitte. The program includes both on-premise and cloud hosting environments, and helps to ensure compliance with local privacy and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, as well as Deloitte-specific cyber security requirements. • Led the team that successfully completed cybersecurity (ISO-27001 and SOC-2) and business continuity (ISO-22301, in progress) certifications for Deloitte’s global IT operations. • Developed and led the Quality Management Program for a multi-year, $600M+ Cybersecurity program. The program included review and approval of key deliverables from over 40 projects, and defined key gates in the launch process for new services. • Defined and implemented an integrated service development process to be followed by all new and upgraded services. The process includes activities and deliverables related to compliance, operations, cybersecurity, and customer documentation.

Starting in 2005, this role also includes global oversight for the Creative Services group, made up of the Production, Graphic Design, and Video teams. Member of Monitor’s Risk Management Committee and Contract Review Team. Partner at Monitor Group starting 2001. Significant accomplishments include: • Designed, launched, and managed a resource center in Mumbai, India, which supported both IT and Creative Services activities. Initially housed in the Monitor consulting office, the resource center outgrew our allotted space and we created a new facility which housed just the resource center team. • Completed the implementation and launch of Monitor’s financial and time/expense systems. • Deployed global videoconference program (twice, first in the early 2000’s and then a full technology refresh 10 years later). • Designed and deployed custom backoffice application suite to support Monitor’s particular approach to staffing, assessments, and other core activities. The suite included a data warehouse connected to the financial systems to enable the delivery of integrated financial KPIs. • Converted phone systems globally from traditional telephony to VOIP, including redesign of global voicemail infrastructure which enabling significant savings. • Deployed consistent global laptop backup solution. • Vendor management for all IT providers. From 2004, I also served as Chief Confidentiality Officer. In this role, I was responsible for development and oversight of the confidentiality program at Monitor Group. The role included global oversight of policy training, monitoring, and enforcement.
