Jim McGrath

Jim is the Chief Procurement and Real Estate Officer and CFO of Technology. His responsibilities span across UPS’s Global Procurement function, the Real Estate portfolio, as well as all Finance related areas for Global IT. Jim started his career with UPS in 1989 in the Metro Philadelphia district. He has held various Finance related roles throughout his career in various districts, regions and the corporate office. He represents UPS as a Trustee on the IAM (International Association of Machinist) multi-employer Pension and 401k plans, based out of Wash, DC. The IAM National Pension plan is one of the largest multi-employer plans in the country with over $15B in assets. He is a trusted leader and has helped drive significant transformational initiatives across the organization. Jim earned a dual bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Law from Temple University, and a master’s degree in Finance from Widener University. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Jim is an avid fan of his hometown sports teams – the Philadelphia Eagles and the Philadelphia Phillies.
