Continue to seek new business opportunities while also ensuring that current customers receive high quality service and support. - Stay current on the latest developments in air filtration; provide guidance to existing customers and prospects regarding industry trends and product offerings that will improve filtration efficiency and reduce energy usage and labor requirements. - Provide expert insight regarding competitive trends and marketing programs, to ensure that Capital Air Filters offers products and programs that meet or exceed the competition in all areas. - Provide guidance to operations and marketing personnel regarding markets addressed, manufacturer and product offerings, and inventory levels required to satisfy end user needs. - Develop and expand markets for new product offerings such as dehumidifiers and high end filtration products for healthcare and life science applications. - Ensure that current customers are receiving the products and service that they expect, and promptly resolve any shortcomings that might develop. - Interact with all of our suppliers in a professional manner, recognizing that they strive for customer satisfaction, quality products, and timely service, in the same manner that we do, while recognizing that suppliers that do not share these goals must be eliminated.
