I oversee a team of talented software developers to design, develop, and implement Digital Ally's cloud-based software offerings and make sure the solustions are aligned with the company's business goals. I evaluate new technologies for cloud-based web application development and bring them into our next generation cloud solutions. We actively research new markets and develop working, proof-of-concept designs.

As SmartMed USA's first full time consultant, I wore many hats to accomplish my tasks. Listed as one of the inventors on SmartMed USA's submitted patents, I helped to develop potential intellectual property for our products and refined the initial product requirements. Under Steve's management, I helped create the circuits for our first smart product, the StatPAP, which is a Bi-level CPAP Assist Ventilator. I was responsible for creating the schematics, designing the PCB's, populating the PCB's, testing the circuits, writing the embedded software, and developing the web application associated with the product. We worked to develop our own bi-level, flow-based breathing algorithms to allow our device with less parts to emulate more complicated ventilators. Our goal was to create five complete, working prototypes for the company.

My role was to organize and maintain the properties we manage from an operating perspective. This included scheduling proper maintenance and inspections for the buildings’ systems, completing work requests for our tenants, and being available to handle emergencies at anytime. My previous experiences with installing networks and designing custom web solutions aided in improving our interoffice communication and organizing building information. I supervised maintenance employees and trained them.

Helped to develop CCP Global's Wireless Practice. Created a wireless portal for the Ariba Buyer Application and several demonstrations to help clients understand the wireless market. Created a demo environment based on TIBCO’s PowerLab and expanded it to include web enabled devices. Integrated several back-office systems using API's, XML, java-script, and database SQL to enhance a BI solution.

As a Project Lead, I developed consulting skills on fast pace projects that required a great deal of client interaction. In addition to my role in Product Test, I was actively involved in creating several dynamic intranet web applications using ColdFusion. Achievements: Project Lead during Cox Integration, Experienced Test Analyst for 5 testing releases, Designed three intranet applications to handle reporting, updates, and distribution, and was Council Lead for Quality Circle and the PVC Council.
