* Coordinated the use of geological and geophysical technologies to advance and de-risk all development drilling and prospect generation within Harvest. * Worked with staff to design appropriate project workflows and review results. * Developed training programs for geoscience staff to fill skills gaps within the organization.

* Led the integrated asset team, focused on Deep Basin and Southeast Saskatchewan (W5, W6, and W2) tight gas sand horizontal plays (Notikewin, Falher, Montney) and Tilston subcrop play. Oversaw the technical preparation of all drilling locations and programs. * Prepared business plans, volume and capital budgets, reserves reporting, capital tracking and staffing requirements. * Planned and executed the tripling of asset production from 30MMcf/d to 100MMcf during a three year, $300MM program, which included the building of a new 50MMcf/d plant at Bilbo strike area. * Doubled the asset value through production and reserves growth.

* Generated drillable locations in Deep Basin setting, based on integrated geoscience mapping concepts. * Directed wellsite geologists and drilling when required. * Drilled multiple successful horizontal wells into Cretaceous clastic reservoirs, significantly growing the production volumes for the team. * Successfully added dozens of reserves locations to increase asset value.

Processed and interpreted seismic data. Generated prospects for exploration and development scenarios. Worked clastic and carbonate plays in foothills, Deep Basin (W6), and plains (W2) regimes. As part of foothills exploration group picked locations for deep-carbonate and clastic plays. Generated multiple successful drilled prospects based on seismic data, integrated with geologic data. Processed structured and non-structured 2D data. Defined exploration fairways based on geologic and geophysical attributes. Successfully applied AVO processing to 3D datasets to generate Deep Basin prospects.

* Created regional studies based on interpretation of geology, gravity, magnetic, seismic, and satellite data. * Created and critically assessing regional exploration fairways and play concepts for hydrocarbon exploration. * Developed the use of ultra high-resolution airborne magnetics for structural and stratigraphic mapping. * Authored 4 regional studies in the NWT, NE B.C., and the Deep Basin that have generated $300,000+ of revenue for the company, as well as numerous proprietary studies. * Developed knowledge of potential field interpretation subsequently teaching and publishing on its uses in the exploration environment. * Managed a research project for magnetic exploration that resulted in new applications for potential fields in hydrocarbon exploration, creating new revenue streams for the company.

Thesis “The origin, structural style, and reactivation history of the Tabbernor Fault zone, Saskatchewan, Canada”. Supervisors: Colleen Elliott (Montana Tech) and Andrew Hynes (McGill University). Showed that the Tabbernor fault had been active during the Phanerozoic era, where it controlled the development of structure and thickness variations that influenced the occurrence of hydrocarbons (Minton Field, Sask.). Challenged the widespread notion that the Canadian Shield was a ‘stable craton’ after it’s amalgamation in the Proterozoic.
