In addition to being a member of the ExxonMobil Corporate Leadership Team and a senior leader in the overall finance function at the corporate level, I have two primary responsibilities as ExxonMobil’s Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations: 1. Overseeing the company’s finances. 2. Leading our engagement efforts with current and prospective shareholders Our team develops and implements financial policies for worldwide operations in one of the world’s largest and most complex companies and works closely with our company’s business lines to provide financial guidance in support of capital projects, commercial negotiations, and M&A opportunities. Also, I work directly with our shareholders. In Investor Relations, I listen to feedback and share information through direct communication, earnings calls, investor spotlights, our Annual Meeting, the numerous publications our company provides on the website, and right here on my LinkedIn channel. Before this role, I joined ExxonMobil, as Vice President, Treasurer and Tax in late 2022, from Dominion Energy, Inc., where I was EVP and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Dominion Energy, I spent more than 20 years in investment banking and corporate finance, principally related to the utility and energy sectors. Among my roles, I was the Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific Power & Utilities Investment Banking at Barclays plc, and held similar roles at Barclays and its predecessor firm, Lehman Brothers, in New York and Hong Kong. Earlier in my career, I spent over five years working in financial advisory roles in Russia and Kazakhstan. I earned my bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
